Northwest Houston Orthopedic

Office ImageKSF Orthopaedic opened its doors in February of 1976. KSF Orthopedic Center was established by Dr. Andrew Kant to provide excellence in the care of orthopedic injuries, diseases, and problems. Dr. Mark Stuart and Dr. Ray Fitzgerald who quickly joined the practice within the next two years have helped advance orthopedic technology in the Northwest Houston area. Drs. Kant, Stuart, and Fitzgerald performed some of the first arthroscopic procedures in the Houston area. Gradually over time, KSF Orthopedic Center has grown to 12 physicians with multiple sub-specialties. We are a complete orthopedic center treating all orthopedic problems and diseases.

KSF Orthopaedic Center has three office locations. Our main office is centrally located just off of I-45 and FM 1960 in the fast growing North Houston area at 17270 Red Oak. Our second office is near the Methodist Willowbrook Hospital off of Hwy 249 at 13333 Dotson Road, Suite 180. The third KSF office location recently opened in Spring 2017 and is located inside CHI St. Luke's Hospital Springwoods Village at 2255 E. Mossy Oaks Road in Spring, TX. Many of our patients come to our office from the Northwest Houston areas including Spring, Tomball, Cypress, Humble, Conroe, and The Woodlands.

In order to meet our commitment to excellence in orthopedic care, we have complete orthopedic radiologic imaging including an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) and also bone densitometry which is used to assess bone strength. We also have a fully staffed physical therapy and hand therapy rehabilitation center with physical therapists, occupational therapists and physical therapy assistants helping to make sure that each patient's maximum potential is reached.

KSF Orthopaedic Center treats those parts of your body that move in order to get you off of your back and up and running again. We see patients of all ages and sizes. Our orthopedists consult on newborns with congenital problems in the hospital, as well as see children with fractures or other orthopedic problems. Teenagers, young adults, and middle-aged athletes are a large portion of our practice. Older patients with arthritis, osteoporosis or fractures are frequent patients, as well. A large portion of our patients are repeat patients or are referred by friends. Many patients are referred by other physicians or clinics. However, many patients simply call our office for an appointment.
