Dr. Aldrich completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Michigan State University. He was a Howard Hughes Undergraduate Research Scholar, working in cancer and physiology research. Dr. Aldrich went on to complete his medical degree at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts, and his residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He has been practicing Orthopedic medicine since 2015.

Dr. Aldrich specializes in hand, wrist, and upper extremity trauma and surgery. His primary focus is on non-operative treatment of orthopedic conditions and reconstructive procedures, joint replacements of the hand and wrist, and general orthopedics. He is certified in Microsurgical Procedures, including artery and vein repairs and reconstructions. Additionally, Dr. Aldrich is certified in Minimally Invasive Procedures (wrist arthroscopy, endoscopic carpal tunnel release), and Mako Robotic Assisted total hip and knee replacements.
